From a farming family in Mid Devon, Will studied at Durham University and The Royal Agricultural University to become a Chartered Surveyor. Will is a Fellow and Director of the Association of Agricultural Valuers and President of the Suffolk Valuers.

Leaving Bidwells in 2010 to set up his own private practice, Will subsequently joined Stephen Fletcher in 2012 to form Fletcher Barton Ltd.

Will deals with a wide range of agricultural matters; valuations, estate management, farm & land agency and farm diversification & planning. He also manages a portfolio of commercial and employment property.

Will lives in Bury St Edmunds with his wife and two young children, he enjoys rugby, cricket and field sports.
