Services are provided in accordance with the letter of engagement, which encloses or refers to our Terms of Engagement. The initial engagement bundle outlines the services we will provide to ensure we are clear about our clients desired outcome, by whom the work will be lead, the respective rate card for services together with the other key terms of engagement.
