Part of the service we offer clients is the letting and sale of rural residential property. These may vary from two-bedroom cottages to six-bedroom farmhouses or prestigious country homes and are generally situated in rural locations throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. The lettings service includes advertising and promotion of the property, sourcing and checking potential tenants, and, where required provide a full management service.
Our managed properties enjoy some of the finest locations in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex being situated on country and farming estates.
Right to Rent
In order to comply with the “Right to Rent” policy, we need to meet with all prospective tenants of a property who are aged 18 and over and see copies of their passports. We are required to keep photocopies of the passport(s) on file. Where a potential tenant is UK born but does not hold a passport, a copy of a birth certificate and driving licence may be an acceptable alternative. We also require the names and dates of birth of all children who will be living in the property.
