Philip has been practising as a Chartered Surveyor since the late 1980’s, and became a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 1993.

Before joining Hector Wykes-Sneyd in 1998 to form Summers Wykes-Sneyd Philip was a Junior Partner with regional firm Fenn Wright, having previously worked with the national firm Savills.

Whilst Philip’s roots remain in rural and agricultural property, planning and development now commands much of his working week. Offering a strategic planning service for landowners and occupiers for all scales of development, including residential and employment estates, permitted development advice, development appraisals and building conversion.

Philip is married with children; he enjoys cycling, skiing and has a passion for building design and construction.
